Deactivating the auto un-lock feature?

Does the 4runner use the 16 pin connector or the 22 pin connector? I see on eBay both types for the tech stream. I'm thinking it uses the 16 pin, because it looks like the 22 pin is for older models, but just wanted to make sure before I ordered.

Very easy, did my TE , Tundra Crew Max and a 2012 Camry we just picked. I paid 32 bucks for the cable and it took 2 weeks to arrive. Plus you can pull and clear codes with it.

So how do you change any setting and how do you find what can be changed?
Is there some special mode it has to be set to? I'm set to Dealer but still don't find any settings that can be changed.
