Driver Side Tail Light out while driving

My taillight doesn’t work when driving only on the driver side, the bulb engages when I brake, the fuses aren’t blown, the bulb is all good as I see it work for the brakes but it doesn’t work while driving? Does anyone have the part number for the socket or the wiring harness for it?

The bulb has two filaments, a dimmer one for parking lights and brighter one for brakes (or turn signals depending on the vehicle). The parking light filament is probably burnt out.

Got some new bulbs and we are all good
