Looking to sell Bluetooth Add-On adapter made by USA-Spec. This adapter will let you take phone calls directly through the OEM stereo. Easy installation. Plug and play with all 4runner 98-11. This will work with both JBL and Non-JBL. Also allows you to stream music via Bluetooth. This will work in conjunction with USA Spec PA-15 .

I also have the PA-15 for sale (see link above or classifieds section). Both are used but in perfect working condition. Upgraded head unit and no longer have use for them.

I am not sure I understand your question but I will try to answer. The USA Spec BT35 Bluetooth adapter uses just bluetooth to stream music/phone calls through your stock headunit/speakers. With this adapter there is no iPhone plug at all. Just the bluetooth module, mic, and wiring harnesses. Please see the link in my post above for more details.

Just an FYI...I had one of these in my 06 Avalon. Sound quality was extremely poor. I called the retailer to complain, they said that was an unfortunate reality of A/M Bluetooth interfaces. They exchanged it for the traditional PA-15TOY (wired version). That worked MUCH better!

I never had any issues or complaints. Depends a lot on the placement of mic too. I had my mic mounted right on the steering column/below the gauges.
