Very easy. Less than 5 min. It is a much better look vs. the OEM dildo looking thing came on the 2012 TE.

The transfer case knob took a bit of patience to get oriented, but not a difficult process at all.

Be warned though, these knobs can get cold! I have a habit of resting my right hand on the shifter (relic of my manual transmission days) that these knobs may eliminate.
 
mine showed up today, install took a whole 5 minutes. To those of you who are anxiously waiting sit tight, it will be worth the wait. The quality and attention to detail is superb.
