Started getting a squeaking noise while in reverse, ended up diagnosing it as the U-Joints. Got some Spicer U-joints and replaced them today, solved the squeaking.

Pressed them in with a big ole clamp

I love this valley, I went here on my last vacation. On the cliff road I was almost all the way down and got jammed up by a tourist van and some other trucks. I had to reverse it like 2/3 up the cliff to an outcrop, I grazed a rock in my rental Pathfinder. Great spot, even has a wandering horse.

Been pretty stormy over here so went up to Mauna Loa to get to the snow before it melted. Didn't go to the top but I was probably at 11-12,000 ft elevation.
In some of the pics you can see Mauna Kea in the background which would have been my first choice to go to, but due to ice roads were closed

Did some long overdue transmission maintenance today
Replaced trans filter and gasket, along with a little flush (not the full transmission, just the 4-5 quarts that can be squeezed out of the oil pan).
Also noticed recently when climbing/crawling extreme inclines in 4wd my a/t oil light would come on periodically. So got a B&M 70268 and with some help from [MENTION=44220]BigFishAllDay[/MENTION]'s trans cooler write up, got that installed also.

Oil pan magnets werent as bad as I expected them to be

Trans oil pan all clean
B&M supercooler installed

Looks good man. About to do the Trans cooler myself. While I had no lights appear, I was nervous about my trans temp this last trip I went on. Also picked up a Scan Gauge to help me monitor trans temp.

awesome, its well worth it, and relatively easy install!
I was getting pretty nervous being up at 13,000 ft elevation and my A/T oil temp light came on. For me seems like a must do
I should get a scanguage but for now im just using a bluetooth obd2 reader and an app on my phone.
