I love pick n pull. I can't wait until they start getting more late models 3rd Gen's. Feels dirty anxiously awaiting the demise of others 99-02's... But [MENTION=102606]infamousRNR[/MENTION] like to think we are helping the spirit of those runners live on.

I had a bad rear passenger headrest retention chingadera go bad...

Channel locks and a quarter turn clockwise freed the old one.

The new one plugs right in... Just like brand new.

Just ordered a Uniden 520xl and 3' firestik. Going with the ashtray install for the CB and I'll DIY a bracket off my passenger side ditch light mount. Pics to follow.

Finally found a good switch and bracket for my hood lights. This one is courtesy of a Land Rover Discovery...

CB installed. My buddy who's got his Hamm license and all the comm goodies will help me tune the Firestik II.

Fab up my own bracket with the provided SS bracket and an angle grinder.

Always thought this was wasted space.

Saw a rear ceiling cargo net. Started search and saw they want $100+ and hated how they just screw it threw the plastic. So I thought shit, I got a sewing machine. Off to Ace to investigate and found exactly what I needed.

started with the straps, 9" total.

Pulled all the plastic and decided on where to mount them. 3/4" self drilling screws.

Put everything back together and started measuring.

Still trying to figure it out. I don't think I'll get the clean look like yours with the lights I have. So I'll have to just go with the smaller or just run some led strips back there.

Got a big ol box of goodies from Oregon...

But, we had an issue with one of the front shocks...

Wheeler's was great and took care of it right away. Got the wheels and tires mounted... Had them installed so I felt like I got something done today.

After forum searching and talking to my local guru... [MENTION=127339]4Reak Show[/MENTION]show I decided on the Autozone duralast gold. Going to do both side and keep the old ones as spares for wheeling trips.

Just cleaned and oiled the k&n air filter. Waiting for 4Reak Show to arrive so we can do both my cv axles. More to follow.

This has got to be one of the easiest repairs... Right up there with tire rotation.

Bought some 3mil amber vinyl to do my corners... Took my time, used a heatgun and everything. Liked the look so much that I went all in...
