The Hateful Eight. Very entertaining despite itself.:gun5:

Could not agree more. Just saw it last weekend.

[Wingsuit]

Has anyone seen Sicario, with Emily Blunt? One if the best action movies I have ever seen. Had to re-watch it just to catch Emily's facial expressions that were over in half a second.

[Copper78]

Finally watched all of V for Vendetta. What is that movie 15 yrs old??

[Sisente]

Just started The Pacific.

[mnofpeace]

Blazing Saddles...uncut.

it can come on a channel like AMC all week, but without all of the true foul language, its just not as good.

Sheriff Bart in Lily's dwessing woom....now thats Gold!!!

[2003-4x4runner]

Just watched "X-Men Apocalypse, great movie. If you go see it, just remember their is a small extra clip at the very end of the credits.

I haven't seen a really good movie in a while but had the flu and watched all 5 seasons of Vikings on Prime. The more I watched it the more I liked it.

[Hepar]

I just watched a doc called Trophy and really enjoyed it.

[-JD-]

The killing of a sacred deer.

One of the stranger movies I've seen in a while, but I liked it.

[LandCruiser]

Wind River
Sicario
Hell or High Water

Wind River
Sicario
Hell or High Water

On a binge of slow but awesome gripping dramas I take it!

You could add to that Arrival if you haven't seen it yet.

Thank you to all our veterans!

Just saw I, Tonya .... wow this was a great movie. Very entertaining and probably not what you think it is until you see it. And no it does not make her out to be some totally innocent person. The directorial style reminded me a lot of GoodFellas.

I plan to watch this. Going into it ... I'm not a fan of trophy hunting at all. I am fine with those who hunt and eat what they hunt. Trophy hunting is not something I'm down with.

Only The Brave (2017)

Very awesome movie. True story of these brave men.

:bat:

Mudbound (2017)

This is definitely one of the best movies I've seen on Netflix. A 100% solid indy movie that Netflix bought and scooped up before it could air in theaters.

I feel they did a good job of showing both sides of the issue. Something that is pretty tricky to do in a doc centered around something so controversial.

I also just watched He Named Me Malala. Thought it was a good one too.

Has anyone seen La La Land? I just watched that on a flight. Been wanting to watch it for a while given all of the hype and acclamation around it. Thought it was a very meh movie. Felt it was a crappy version of a Broadway musical. Wondering if I missed something.
