So winter is coming and being in Northern Alberta dedicated winters are a must. Nokians seem top of the line for snow tires (definitely charge you for it) and I am going with studded.
I was wondering if anyone has compared the Hakka 7 SUVs and the Hakka LT studded tires. The LTs tread looks more aggressive which should be good for off roading but has an E load rating which I think may be overkill. I have read comments on a rougher ride with an E load rating which is my main concern.
Was also slightly concerned about the stud noise on dry roads but I've chalked it up to it is what it is.
Any thoughts or comments would be appreciated.
P.S. I am doing the OW 2.0 lift very soon and was concerned the 265/70/R17s may look too small on her after the lift (biggest tire size Nokian sells in Canada) but thanks to all the great pictures on the tire/lift sticky I'm not too worried
