If you take the whole mud shield out it is quite simple to get a seat on the snorkel from the rubber tube.
I attached it to the air box about halfway on the tube and then tightened it down so it wouldn't move while running it through the fender wall. With the mud shield out you can get enough hand up there to seat the opposite end and you also can easily tighten the hose clamp nice and tight.
**I did use a long screw driver to pry the end of the snorkel away form the fender so that its easier to slide on the rubber tube.**

Haha when I looked at the box I noticed that mine was sent from CA. I wonder if any of these are actually from overseas.

Same here. Ordered mine wed and it's getting delivered today.
I ordered mine Feb 20. Arrived at my doorstep March 5, even though it said April 10-16 delivery. Pretty happy about that.
The installation was straight forward and went well. I just used an angle grinder to cut the hole in my fender haha. I couldn't be bothered to buy a 3 5/8" hole saw that I will never use again. The only thing worth mentioning was locating the 5 holes to drill. I just drilled two holes at a time, test fitting the snorkel each time to make sure the holes are lining up.
I'll try and get a picture up soon.

I am doing the same thing only I am choosing a slightly smaller tool instead. I think the Dremel will cut it out nicely.
Smaller would be better for sure. 3 5/8" hole makes it a pretty tight curve.

Anyone else have a problem connecting the L shaped rubber piece to the snorkel itself? I've got it connected to the intake side but can't get the top corner closest to the fender to fold over!! Worked on just that part longer than the rest of the install. I don't believe I would be able to install it on the snorkel side first and then be able to connect it to the airbox. I had to quit for the night because I was frustrated. Everything else went smooth as silk and looks amazing. Anyone else have a check engine light after install?

Clean your maf and buy some prefilter at Napa and stuff it in the top. Shouldn't have a check engine light though.
I have yet to make the connection for my intake to the L rubber thing but I am waiting for tomorrow. It's too late.

Make sure your MAF is plugged in.
I used a long screw driver to pry the snorkel away from the inside of the fender and then was able slide it one. I had to make sure the other side wasn't too far on to the airbox, so that there was enough slack to accommodate the snorkel side.

Did anyone else recieve hardware that looks like rivits? There are 6 of them. It looks like they would be for the bracket for the A-Arm. If these are not used, is everyone mounting that bracket with self-tapping screws? Pumped to get this thing on. Thanks to the OP and everyone that has commented.

I wouldn't even use self tapping that close to the windshield. I used vhb tape from 3m since the pressure is only vertical and not much for side to side. Simply clean both surfaces with alcohol and vhb will do the rest. Pretty amazing stuff.
