Is anyone having issues with homelink? I got it to work on one of my garage doors but it won't pick up the second. I use rolling code.

I believe the manual touches on this. Something to do with the Garage Door Opener learning button (located on the drive unit.)

yeah my garage opener has a learn button. It says to press it and then within 30 seconds to press the homelink button. I tried this so many times with no success. The homelink website mentions pressing the homelink button twice or three times to set but that didn't work either. It picked up the signal on the first door in a split second yet for some reason won't work for the second door (which is the one i use of course).

To be honest I have a rolling code opener and did not hit the learning button to lock on my Homelink. I just held the garage opener within a couple inches of Homelink and pressed both buttons (opener, Homelink) until confirmed.

I did have to start over (messed up the first time) so I reset the Homelink first. Hold down the 1st and 3rd Homelink buttons down until rapid blink appears. I then started over and everything worked as planned.

Hope this helps.

Mine was difficult. I had to pull my vehicle closer to the garage. I pushed the button on the garage motor, ran to my vehicle and held the learn button in for over a minute, it finally took. For me it was taking longer and I had to get back to the vehicle as soon as possible. Maybe try with a second person, one to push the button on the back of the garage motor and one to hold the learn button in the vehicle to get more time. I'm not sure I'm doing it right, but it's working this way.

My dealer did it for me before I left the lot. He used my 'clicker' to program both sides of the garage. I got home and everything worked perfect!

+1. After about the 5th try everything's working fine....

One thing to remember if there is another vehicle sitting in the driveway with Homelink,,, it seems to me it doesn't take...I moved her car about a 100' away and it took...maybe just lucky though.
