In my family, my parents drive 2003 Toyota Sequoia and 2007 Toyota Tundra. My younger brother has had a 2010 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 and a 2014 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 which he currently drives.

- '90 2WD pickup 22RE, bone stock, no rear bumper, no AC, bought new, first new vehicle after owning used Mercedes sedans ('65 220S, '61 220SE), VW buses ('68 and '67 Westfalia's). Sold at 198k miles for $1800.
- '98 Tacoma 4WD Reg Cab 2.7L manual, bone stock, bought new.
- '05 Tundra Limited Access Cab 4.7l 4WD, bought used 2014, sold to get . . . .
- '07 4Runner Limited 4.7l 4WD

Had three Camry wagons in the family also.

My 2016 4Runner is the first Toyota 4x4 I've ever owned.

My first 4x4 (and in fact, the first vehicle I ever owned) was a 1967 Scout. I had it from 1976 to 1980.

Then I had three Isuzu Troopers from 1987 until I bought the 4Runner in January 2016.

4, still have 3. 98, big accident, traded in for 01. 04 still runs, 220,000, head gasket fixed with sealant, no other problems. 16 hiding inside from the salt.

now I have a 5th gen TEP 4Runner...
