I have the material ordered up for the front bump stops. I will have everything by the end of next week. Should be able to build the sets over the weekend and get them shipped out the beginning of the following week.
I made some rear bump stops. what do you think?

I have a lot of great feedback on the 5.25" rear bump stops. Talked with [MENTION=143526]theesotericone[/MENTION] the other day and he says they have been working well. Out of all the guys that ran a Beta set I think theesotericone has put the most abuse to them.
I am taking pre-orders for the next run of 5.25" bump stops until 6-25-2018. completed bump stops will be shipping 7-9-2018.
$120.00 + shipping. includes mounting hardware

I've hardly begun to abuse, I mean test, these. lol
Saturdays run was pretty hard and pretty long. I didn't even think to get a shot of them fully stuffed because I was more worried about getting through some of the washed out washes. I'll try and get better about that. lol
One thing I noticed is they're smooth during compression. My old daystars went from soft to smooth to hard pretty rapidly. With your rears I noticed a lot less of the harsh bottom outs that I'd gotten used to. They performed very well IMO and are none the worse for the "testing".

Rear bumps stops working out great for my brother and I. Bottoming them out completely is a task of its own.

Good to hear that you and your brother are happy with the set of rear bump stops you guys got. Thank you for the feedback, So far its been nothing but good news for the rear bumps.

As far as the rears go, do you have any specific areas of concern that you want me to keep an eye on? Rubber failure vs. the base failing for example? Trying to be a decent beta tester :usa2:

You've been a fabulous Beta tester :usa2:.I'm primarily after what people think about the dual durometer rubber and how it was working to reduce the hard bottom out. So far everyone that has installed a set has commented on how soft the initial contact is.
As far as failures go. At this point I am not expecting there to be any problems at all. I did a lot of testing prior to ever making this thread. Should we ever find an issue it would most likely be attributed to human error in the casting process opposed to the design or material type. As you know, if you find a way to break them I will find a way to fix the problem. I love a good challenge...

I might have to try out something like this on my 72 Jeep pickup. Three of four bump stops have virtually disappeared. Fortunately, I've got stiff enough springs on it(add-a-leafs to help out sagging old springs) that it's not an issue for now. Eventually, I'll do new springs all the way around and I'll need bump stops for sure.

I've always wanted a J10. I use to own a Scrambler but it's just not the same.
Have you heard the rumor mill about the 2019 Jeep pickup? If the renders are close to what Jeep releases it's more Scrambler then J10.

Yeah I’ve seen the rumors for it and I’m not a fan. I personally don’t like any Jeeps newer than 07. My sis has an 06 unlimited, so basically a scrambler, and that’s actually pretty nice. I have an 87 Wrangler and my dad has an 83 cj7. If I could get a j10 or j20 though that’d be really nice.
HA!! Not on your life. That there is my baby. I've had her for 25 years. Swapped in a 350 small block and SM465 about 23 years ago. She was my daily driver until about 5 years ago. She's a beastie. Plus, my wife of just under a year LOVES her. Power-nothing, drives like a tank, 8000 lb. Ramsey winch on the front.
The only drawback...parts are somewhat difficult to find. Was doing brake cylinders a while back. The rear cylinders crossed to a 59 International or some such, and the fronts were a 40 something Ford. She doesn't have new springs because you can't buy them; have to be custom made.
She's worth every bit of the P.I.A. of finding parts.
I've seen the renders. Looks pretty slick to me. A bit of a throwback design. Question is, will Chrysler do it right, or will it be a POS?
AWESOME!! PM me a picture. I had a 64 Wagoneer for a bit. Great vehicle. Had to sell it. Also had a 73 J3000 for a few years. Was pretty much the twin of my 72, just in 3/4 ton.
Also PM about parts for your 63. We've got a shop here in town that is really good with old Jeep stuff.
