I need to replace lots of vac hoses under the hood

many of the vac/low press hoses under the hood of my runner are very brittle and cracking, I tried a couple of local parts stores and they didnt have the sizes of vac hose that I need, I hate to go to the dealer and get raped for all these hoses, any one go thru this lately? is there a different hose to ask for than vac hose that will still work??
I've got a stock 99 3.4
