Ideas for mounting a BlueSea fuse block and "amplifier" box inside T4R TE

I'm tapping the collective community here for ideas as I have seen so many really REALLY slick ideas for all kinds of mods, etc.

I am looking for a location, within the cab of our 4Runner Trail Edition to mount a BlueSea Systems Aux fuse block for powering several accessories (ARB fridge mostly). It will also power an auxiliary amplifier for... um... stuff. I would like to mount both items close to each other. The amplifier box measures 2.56"H x 7.27"W x 8.08"D. I've thought about mounting the amp under the passenger seat and that might work so long as the seat will still move freely. Ideally it would be out of the way (not on the back of the rear seat, etc. so I can still fold it down). Under the rear seat seems like there isn't sufficient clearance.

Anyone know of any hidden "cubbies" in the Trail Edition cabin that I could hide this amp box and a fuse block.

There is a cubby hole in the rear in front of the 12 volt outlet in the floor that might fit. If you search for people with a ARB fridge, there was a post recently where someone ran their power out of that area.

Rear area, passenger side of the vehicle, in the cargo floor.

I saw that post showing the ARB Fridge wiring in the cubby. I think it was an SR5. I just went out to the 4Runner and looked and there is no access to that cubby in the Trail Edition. It is covered over and has a cargo hook there. GRRRR!!. I'll do some snooping around later to see if there is a means to access that cubby under the hook. I suspect it has something to do with the sliding cargo deck on the TE's. Of course, if I can access but it takes work, probably not a good place to put a fuse block if I ever need to replace a fuse.

yeah... with the sliding deck in place you are more Limited. There is quite a bit of room in the jack area. If you keep the factory jack elsewhere, you should be able to mount it in there. that also gives you fairly easy access for wiring it.

If you check my build thread you can see a picture of what I'm talking about in the thread about running wires to the back of the truck:

the rear light access area may be an option as well, but that may also provide issues with changing a busted bulb.

Looking around at all the various options it looks like the Blue Sea fuse block may go in the storage cubby in the back cargo area on the passenger side. I can drill a hole in the plastic, install a grommet and make the wiring very clean back in that area. The other option may be under the rear seat since the fuse block needs less overhead clearance than the amplifier I am installing. Looks like the amp will go under the passenger seat.
