never seen that setup for hydro in the rear, was it a kit or did somebody fab it for you?

definitely crazy easy to access the shock now. also, I can get something more universal moving forward and not worry about it being 3rd gen specific.
for the rear hydro bump setup - that is a kit that is moments from being released by Tanner Kelber (@TKOFFROAD on the instagrams).
it uses a LOCKED OFFROAD bump/shock.

Got an 8' awning from Napa for $100. it fits pretty well on the Sherpa Equipment Co. rack (@Flemster) - The quality is pretty nice for the price vs. a legit ARB version so I'm pretty stoked.
Now only time will tell if it lasts but for $100, I'm very satisfied. It even came with mounting brackets as well! what a deal.

well....
the quality of these are mediocre at best... poor craftsmanship from a cosmetic standpoint but I guess they work as expected.
if you don't get too close you can't tell anything cosmetic is wrong with them but if you get closer you can see why these tail lights put the "chin" in CHINA!!!

I’m still trying to decide whether or not I like aftermarket headlights on these trucks. Part of me really wants to maintain the old-school look, but visibility is such a struggle.

so funny you should ask... that problem was on my 2002, not the black 2000 that is shown in this build thread but it turned out to be something stupid simple..
the problem started immediately after we dropped the tank to install a higher flow fuel pump to prepare for the URD 7th injector for the supercharger and we thought the only logical explanation for the fault was a stretched wire or something.
so after many tests, checking to see if the ABS sensors got damaged etc, it ended up being a connector wasn't plugged into the right harness..
on that 2002, I retrofitted an e-locker and when doing that I added factory OEM wiring that has the EXACT style plug under the rear passenger seat, so it could have easily gotten mixed up... anyhow, after multiple trips to the junk yard grabbing parts that I was intending to swap in, I realized after looking at my connectors that the wires on each plug weren't the same color or in the same pins. I swapped the 2 connectors and it fixed the issue....
with a P0500 and another code, we were so confused how dropping the tank could have potentially fried the ABS ecu which seemed to be the case for people having that code. silly mistake, but a good lesson learned.

One thing, you get to keep wheels n tires if you crawfish on wedding. LoL.
Slight fubar's keep you humble and eyes a little more open. Good chance I'd have run into that
had I used factory harness for my 01 retro. You're ammo'd up if/when you have trac/brake problems.
