The interior is amazing so thats fixed and they dumped the axle supplier and going back in house. Never had a problem with my Jeeps having Chrysler rear ends. Obviosly I would need to get in one and drive it but Im 99% sure that will be my next ride. Not knocking Toyota at all. My 4Runner is super reliable and great quality. I just want to go back to something with lots of power (360 HP) and the styling of that vehicle appeals to me in every way. Just my .02

Ill be keeping m 4runner, but that GC does look pretty nice. That interior is much nicer than any Jeep I have ever seen

Yeah a warranty is great, but when you have your new car in the shop all the time you don't get to enjoy the car..........Some people in my neighborhood seem to be driving loaner cars more often than their actual car.Pirate VI said:

Yes, it may have the (in)famous QuadraDrive system, but we all know how that system works off-road!
There is ONLY ONE REAL JEEP...Jeep Wrangler. The rest are POS posers. Hell, i would probably get the Commander before i would get the new Jeep GC. Actually, IF i were to choose among the jeeps and cannot get the Wrangler, then i would get the Commander, esp. at current firesale prices!

To be accurate dcon, you vehicle was the old version (1999). The recent versions have been far better in performance and reliability.
Of course, that doesn't mean that this All New vehicle will follow that trend.
If they cut corners to save money, this might be one of those "pretty on the outside, junk on the inside" vehicles.

Well my brother's current gen 2005 Jeep GC (WK) didn't fair much better in quality than my 1999 GC (WJ). There is reason why Jeeps are consistently at the bottom when it comes to reliability ratings. Like I mentioned in my previous post the future 2011 GC is a re-bodied Mercedes ML, and the ML's haven't been all that reliable. I'm not knocking MB but MLs are junks made in Alabama.
