So got the fuel filter swapped. However, the "out side" wouldnt seal after pretty much stripping the bolt to tighten it. Not sure what happened, I threaded it by hand just like the "in side". Ended up taking that side back off and using some thread sealant. Hopefully it works. Down side, I will probably have to replace part of that fuel line when it comes time to change it again.
