Hey guys, been searching thread after thread with good results but nothing has changed my situation. I have a buddy who has installed the CX racing turbo kit on his '00 4Runner. It drives great, idles fine but once in ANY positive pressure the wideband shoots to full lean. 1-2psi goes full lean. I am curious about vacuum line routing to the FPR? Currently it is T'd off the front nipple on the upper manifold. That also feeds the boost gauge. We just installed a brand new AEM 320lph pump with no positive results.
I am baffled when I see other build threads of guys slapping on turbos with the stock fuel system, premium fuel and colder plugs and hitting 12.5AFR at 7psi.
Are we missing something? I am also about to install the CX kit (with a smaller turbo) on my '98 Runner so I am trying to help a friend as well as possibly prevent myself from having the same issue.
Looking for ideas and input. Thanks! :help::tea:
