READY 2 ROCK =)
I like it. How long does the door switch take? How did you deal with the door electronics?
damn, those doors came out awesome! If you plan on putting them to the test, which I kinda doubt, I would consider gusseting them.
On to the next topic. Bfg Km2's... Not the best tire. I have had them for about a year and I think they have about 5-7K on them. and i dont know how many wheeling trips. but i generally wheel at least once a week. and i dont drive my truck for anything but wheeling. Check out this strange line that shows up on all 4 tires ( i only took pics of 3) You can clearly see where the tread meets the sidewall. Im not concerned about it, but I am almost positive i will be running 315 treadwrights next. After seeing a 4 normal tires start to de-lam, I would feel better if they were re-treads. I thought it was rock cuts untill each tire has it and you can feel a hardness difference between the 2 tires
It might very well be de-laming but I had similar cuts like that on my tires and it was from rubbing the inside of my fender like when I was flexed and would cut on the sharp edge in the fender.
Jason I think its just a split between two rubber compounds. your putting more milage on those side lugs in a day then most will in the life of the tire. Ill look on mine but i think i have lines too. my treadwrights wore funny in that spot as well. nothing to worry about though.
