Hope that helps anyone that is interested. These are the Black JDM LED Tail Lights. Made by Eagle Eyes.

I just put that TRD logo on the back too, already I am not liking it. I guess I am a fan of the cleaner look.

I don't like the TRD sticker. Doesn't flow.

I agree about the TRD sticker. Perhaps it would look better on the rear door window? In the little triangle space?

David, you should de-badge the Limited, 4WD, and Toyota emblems. Would look much cleaner IMO!

I would say get rid of the "Toyota" at least. But that's just my opinion. When I blacked out my emblems I just left the Toyota off.

Thanks guys. The tail lights really are an improvement over the old ones. I didn't think it would make that big of a difference, but it did. I had my rig debadged before and it did look really clean. Maybe this summer when I have free time to mess around I'll take them off again to see how it looks.

The TRD logo is now gone thanks to about a half hour of picking it off.

I'll try to get some pics of the reverse lights on too. They are nice and white.

One more thing - I picked up 2 new 3rd brake light screws from the dealership. They were cheap and are all black. The stock ones I had were a old and getting a little rusty. The new black ones look much better up close.

I decided to try and just use the harness included and see if I would have an ABS issue. So far no light. (knock on wood) I have the resistors ready to go if need be.

Wow, that rocks! You have LED on all 3 rear lights, and no ABS light! I wish I could say the same. What year is yours again?

I love how they look together! Nobody can say they couldn't see me stop!!!

(Interesting how different entry ports put the rear badging in different places)

After seeing David Axezander's pics, I'm not sure if I like the clear LED tails, or the red ones that I have.

Mine is a 97. No issues so far, knock on wood again.
I like yours for the more stock look. If I didn't have the black headlights I would have gotten your style. I think mine match the headlights well. They are kind of clear looking when you are right behind them but are black on the sides. I did the 3rd in smoke so it didn't draw attention like it did before. It was like a big red sign saying look at me.

Anyway the LED tail and 3rd brake light really classed up my ride.

Yeah, since yours has the more JDM look (and lacks the wind deflector), I think you made the right choice. The LED rearend is where its at!!! :bigok:

Here are some pics of the reverse bulbs on. In person they look incredible (not to toot my own horn). The pics don't do them justice.

They are not blue when on. Just pure white light, no yellow hue at all.

Those look pretty bright. If I tint my windows and have a hard time backing up I might have to pick some of those up.

for some reason i think the smoke look blacker then the actual jdm black? or maybe its just my eyes?

but i agree the black look great, i defiantly want a set of my own.

There is really not much black on the "black" LED tail lights, besides the trim. The over appearence seems to be clear ish.
