notice any change in the ride?
Not much, biggest difference is the rear has shorter travel so going over bumps is slightly rougher

I ended up cutting mine for right now. You do loose some of the depth if you use it for a step.
Here is mine before my lift.

I've heard they tend to rust and don't have a clean look.
Mind sharing a few pics and your experience?

How do you like your KO2s and what size did you go with?
Good looking sliders BTW!

I'm at a conference for work and won't have my T4R until tomorrow sometime. If you scroll back a page or two, I posted pics of the rear bumper I installed and one is a full side profile where you can see the rocker panel and running boards.
I can grab more pics tomorrow so let me know if there's something specific you'd like to see.
I've had the kit and sliders on for several years at this point (almost 3) and I have zero issues with rust. That being said, I live in central Texas and things like ice, snow, and the associated chemicals and such are a non-issue here.
EDIT: Just noticed you're in DFW. Rust shouldn't be an issue for you either. The powder coating is very well done.
Whenever you can would you post some close ups front, side and rear? Interested how it's finished out on the ends.
EDIT: The crooked cap at the front is all me (noticed it after I took the picture). The rear of the trim where it looks uncovered is hidden by the rear door.
Sorry for the delay. Let me know if there are others you'd like.

Got to take my UnLimited out to the lake in preparation for our 3 day trip down the Sabine River
My rig told me when it grows up it wants to be just like "Morena!"

Love your rig, two quick questions--What tires are you using and is that lifted at all? Thanks man, love the truck!
Thanks!
I'm running a 3/1.5 ToyTec spacer kit while I wear out XREAS.

How are the Toytec spacers working for you? I just ordered the kit today. Pics?
Installed Daystar 2.5 level on my 17 LE yesterday, slightly stiffer than stock; nosedive braking reduced quite a bit. Happy with street/highway performance but offroad the rear is too stiff.
Getting Kings in a few months.

Get smaller rims to give you room for more rubber and that will soften it up nicely. I don't have the Daystar spacers on my 16LE yet, but my 17" BFG KO2's with lower air pressures off-road seem softer than the 20's.
