looks like you did the pro front bumper, did you do the rear too? also what size tires do you have? any lift?

Thanks. I did do the bumper swap. I haven't been able to do the rear bumper yet because I haven't been able to find someone that was selling that lived close enough or was willing to ship. Haven't had any luck with it yet. Tires are just the normal 265/70/17. No lift. Saving up for a lift eventually. I also have a C4 fab low pro bumper with winch just sitting here. Need to find time to install it but hard to find a wrenching partner due to schedule. :cry2:

Which bracket are you referring to? There's a plastic piece that runs along the bottom side of the head lamps that don't need to be swapped out. The one's at the bottom front of the head lamps need to be swapped. See photo below circled in red.

There was a forum member selling his trail front bumper because he purchased a full steel aftermarket front end. He gave me all the parts I needed for the front bumper swap. I took it to a local shop to paint and it cost me $480. If you can find a front end with the same paint color, you'll end up saving a lot of money.

I also plastidipped the lower valence in black. I have a C4 fab low pro bumper on order so it will be going on when it arrives.

You're also going to need to swap out several other pieces in the front bumper to do the conversion. You can reference [MENTION=126538]2nd Chance[/MENTION] thread for everything you're going to need for the conversion. His build thread gave me the info and confidence to do this myself.

It should be 52133-35070 retaining bracket left and 52133-35060 for retaining bracket right.

the bracket for the right seems correct. oddly, the bracket 52133-35070 on the left does not exist. perhaps you have a typo? i've added the links for comparison.

Must be a typo then. Sorry about that. That was the part number that was given to me. Fortunately for me, I didn't have to purchase it since it was included when I bought the front bumper.

I should clarify. It does not have the Limited Rocker trim, it has the trail rocker trim.

Yea... I wanted to keep it the same size. I couldn't decide on tires so I just went with the stock setup of Terra Grapplers. Was really torn between the KO2 and General ATX. No one local sold the Faulken or I probably would have gone with those.

My wife jokes I'm trying to make a TRD Pro Nightshade Limited.

I keep the original 20" rims for doing long highway trips. They're a little quieter.

Completed the Limited rocker panel mod. Used a dremel to cut the panel and used a car door edge guard trim to clean up the look. I initially wanted to buy the trail edition rockers but they were too costly for me. Shrockworks TE trim was an option but I ultimately decided against it.

Preparing to install some RSG sliders. Anyone have any tips regarding the X-REAS lines for the slider install? Is is pretty simple to unbolt, move out of the way, and install on top of the slider plates?

That looks great. I guess Im just lazy. I simply scrapped the trim, sliced my brackets off, installed Shrockworks sliders and called it a day

Finally had time to put on the RSG rock sliders on my Limited. It took half the day to get this done. The Antman mod Limited rocker panel cut had to be re-cut higher due to the angled slider making contact with the bottom and pushing up.

So then I had to trim the rocker panel, re-install, and find creative ways to tie the X-REAS system to prevent movement. I used a velcro strap with grommet and zip ties to create counter pressure on the system and to prevent the lines from rubbing on the gussets of the slider plate and arms. I'm still unsure if this is going to be secure enough. Anyone have any suggestions on how best to secure the X-REAS?

Has anyone installed the 2019 LED trd pro oem fog lights on the limited yet? It says that the install is different for the limited and wanted to know what that entails..

Wow! That seems like a lot of work! I wished I had known this before I ordered the fog lights. I thought it was going to be just screwing the existing one from the back. How long did it take you to do this?

Has anybody modded the stock Limited bumper? Ideally I'd like to cut it a bit to add some front clearance but also wondering what it would look like to add a winch.

Trying to envision if it would even be possible or look decent with one of the hidden winch mounts. Is this a crazy thought?

Wow! That seems like a lot of work! I wished I had known this before I ordered the fog lights. I thought it was going to be just screwing the existing one from the back. How long did it take you to do this?

It took me a couple of hours probably. A lot of that was just figuring it out. It's actually quick simple in the end if you don't mind taking the front end off.

1) turn the front wheels to face out rather than in for the side you are working on. This makes it easier.
2) Loosen the wheel liner per changing fog light bulb instructions.
3) On driver's side, disconnect the fog light at the parking sensor cable. With the parking sensor cable do not disconnect at the sensor but follow the cable back towards the engine and disconnect there.
4) Do 1, 2 and 3 on the passenger side for the fog light only. Leaving the parking sensor cable in place.
5) Follow instructions for front end removal. I followed YouTube and it is pretty much the same for the Limited. It's actually pretty easy, just remember to pull the sides out off the clips, before pulling the front off.
6) Once you get the front off, access to the clips to release the trim around the fog light is straight forward.

After some issues with 275s on the 20x7s, we decided to switch to smaller wheels and bigger tires. Vision 18x9 -10 with 275/70R18 Nitto Ridge Grapplers. Also vinyl wrapped some of the chrome and added Icon Delta Joint UCAs that I painted to match her Dobinsons coils.

Partial dechroming of the front bumper. 5 coats of dip, 2 coats of the gloss. May still switch to a vinyl depending on how it lasts. Really just wanted to see how the partial black out would look. Thanks to those who have posted similar pics.

It looks very stable not sure I would be concerned.
