Wow, thats a lot of good info.

I don't like bashing on companies, but having this info public is always good to have.

There's a reason ARB has become #1 in off-road. Not only do they build great products, but they also deliver on time !

Yeah ARB is pretty bad@ss, I lost a snorkel head going through a carwash, and they had one air freight and didn't charge me for the air freight from WA (only had to pay for the replacement head).

Wow, ARB really looks out for its customers!

Customer service is a huge pro.

three weeks to custom build, got a tracking# and a week to my house.
no, issues, and answered every email.
AOR would build a bumper but would not build and ship a swing out tire carrier, somehow they needed the truck, and I had to pick it up. it was too bulky to ship.
so I moved on.
sounds like it was a good call.

Delivered 10/26/18
three packages.
I wouldn't give up, but not sure whats going on over there.

Congrats on the bumper, finally. Let’s see some paint on it and lights installed.

Also please remove the running boards. Will make the vehicle look tons better with little to no effort.
