New Sonoran Steel Product: KDSS High Articulation/Long Travel Trac/PanHard bar

This is not our wheeling season right now, it is still really hot here. We go out from October to May.

I am looking for a fork lift owned by a hill billy. You can't go into a normal place and say lift one of my tires up and almost tip my truck over. They will look at you like you are insane.

I think I know someone but it's still really hot here.

take it to SDHQ and have them tip it over with a forklift...theyd be a good distributor too:keyboard:

the last two mornings it felt nice out. The end is near.

There are 12 in the world counting the prototype.

From Georgia to California. There is also one in Alaska.

Thank you for putting the time and energy into this. Thanks to the rest of your shop too. Guess I skip down the street when I'm ready to lift and pick up in person.

Ride height

Those Radflos and custom lower links look great! How is the ride-height with the Radflo custom shocks? Is it taller, or does it offer more clearance than a 3" OME lift?

sounds like it'll pull a bit less travel without the res. The res helps save room in the actual shock for more compression I believe.
Yep. Above the top of the travel of the piston needs to be room for an internal floating piston which separates the shock oil from the nitrogen, and space for the nitrogen. With a remote reservoir, the shaft can compress further into the shock body as the piston and nitrogen are in the reservoir.

Still have 1" or so of upward compression. Would have needed to lift the front left at the same time to get that.

Got my bar installed last night. Easy install but Toyota really cranked the bolt at the frame attachment.

Look Great! On those bolts you want to loosen the head of the bolt with the washer, the nut has feet that dig into the steel. If you un-did the nut, that would make it much more difficult. All the rear link parts on these, 3rd gen, 4th gen and FJ's are all like this. Loosen the end with the washer, the other end has feet that dig in. Axle side only has the head.

Yes, I noticed that after I pulled it off. By Instinct I went for the nut side. A little leverage got it loose. [emoji106]
