I made this video recently of getting the truck built up late last year. After doing the work on my last builds I wanted to film instead of install this time around, so I put the orders in and made a road trip of it to build as I went. Pretty standard bolt ons in this phase but I'm about to start round 2 which will start getting a bit more in-depth. Plan on doing the same coverage as the first round.

Yeah I just wrapped up part two of the build and will be editing it over the next couple of weeks. Won't be as drastic of a change as that first round but just as important to what I wanted out of this vehicle.

Recently went on road/surf trip to the Outer Banks in my sisters 2019 Limited 4x4 and made a short film/truck review. I gotta say the Limited interior is plush in many respects compared to the Premiums and Pro

Tried searching and didn't find anything... not sure if this has been posted here before... but this video of a guy hitting intermediate/advanced obstacles in his 5th gen is very satisfying. Awesome vid compilation of the best moments from an entire year of trail riding.

TRD Pro 4Runner does Horse Creek TN.

I just installed a Westcott Design TRD PRO Lift Kit. I Like that it leveled the 4R and provided some nice ground clearance while maintaining the stock suspension. (I will upgrade one day to a full lift but until then...)

Anyways here is a trip I took up Horse Creek in the National Forest in Greene County TN. Its a nice trail with many water crossings. the road is narrow at times and has some tight turns near the end. Enjoy!

Thanks for sharing. I’m right around the corner from there in Mars Hill NC. Can you give me some insight on that trail? How to get there, how tight is it, how would you rate it?

Its a great trail! It is skinny but I didn't scratch my vehicle! Its called Horse Creek Recreational Area in Greene County TN. just google it! since you're in Mars Hill Id just drive through Erwin and get off the Erwin Main Street exit 36 turn left and follow SR-107 over the mountain and along the river. Note 107 turns left before you cross the river twice! Stay on 107 until you find Horse Creek Park Road. Enjoy the Trail!

Is Pete's Branch Falls trail the only 4x4 trail there? Visiting family in Morristown in October and will likely do the Hurricane Creek trail. Would love to check this out as well.

TRD Pro 4Runner exploring Granny Lewis Creek and Bumpus Cove

TRD Pro 4Runner on Granny Lewis Creek USFS #189 and Bumpus Cove USFS #190 in Unicoi County TN. These are easy gravel roads for the most part with scattered areas of loose rock, an occasional wash out and mud holes. Be smart! Pack it in! Pack it out! and Pick up some extra trash too!
