Go for it. I did it with a 285/70/17 KO2 but I'm running the 17x8 FX Pro wheel rather than the 17x7 TRD Pro wheel. Very close to the same looking wheel however the FX Pro is wider, lighter, stronger, and has a little less back spacing which helps with rubbing. You will have to trim the bumper but you're going to have to do that anyway. You will also have to remove the front mud flaps or chop them up. Looks better with them removed anyway IMO.
I'm just afraid I won't be able to turn out of the parking lot after I get them installed, haha. I did some measuring though and it seems like there should be plenty of room on level ground.
