I use Neptune and nag together frequently with no problems. Most recently I drove from charleston to Chicago, around Chicago, and back to charleston with no probs and multiple destinations that I pre entered into the my destinations part. I also use pandora and nag simultaneously, and I also use traffic with nav and pandora at the same time. I have a blackberry 9630 old style. Ignore the spelling, I'm on an ipad and too lazy to go back and fix. When I first got the truck, I called Toyota and complained that about having to b stopped to enter destinations. They sent me an update to voice commands which didn't help the navigation at all, but did help with pandora and phone. After 30000 miles, the only issues I've had we're when I chose to ignore black Betty and go my own route. If I follow her she's usually right. I really like the nav. Even when in the downtown area of Chicago surrounded by skyscrapers it worked great. The Toyota rep told me it is based on google maps. Hope this helps you out.
