Post pics of your Millennium Silver 4Runner here. Millennium Silver is one of my favorite 3rd Gen colors. I found one old thread for Silver 4Runners, but I think that Millennium Silver needs a dedicated thread. The Desert Dune and the Silver trim color from earlier in the generation are very nice colors, but not the same as Millennium Silver.
Currently my Stellar Blue has Thunder Cloud bumpers and limited trim, but I am going to paint the lower portions all Millennium Silver when I get my ARB front bumper and rear Shrockworks bumper installed. I just want more of a bright silver/steel color on the bottom to accentuate my new steel bumpers. I think that the Millennium Silver will "pop" more with the Stellar Blue than the current Thunder Cloud trim does. In addition, I would have my two favorite 3rd Generation colors (Stellar Blue and Millennium Silver) on one vehicle.
As you probably know Millennium Silver was available for four years - from 1999 to 2002. It was both a body and a trim color. I would really like to see photos of the Natural White/Millennium Silver combination from 2001 and 2002 - that sounds really sharp.
This is a very nice color combination... Thunder Cloud on top with the bumpers and limited trim painted Millennium Silver.
Below is the opposite with Millennium Silver on top and Thunder Cloud on the bottom.
Until my 4Runner is painted Millennium Silver on the bottom I'll post some good photos of Millennium Silver 4Runners, but I'm really looking forward to seeing some of the photos from our members here. When my 4Runner is painted Millennium Silver I'll of course edit this post and replace my plans with photos of the finished paint job.
