We are dealing with a backlog. They translate our drawings to their process and they have one guy to do it.
Once we get a prototype I can start taking orders on the same day if there are no major changes. We've had good luck with prototypes fitting for production.

I want this done. I want to get this out to our customers. This has been our top priority but all I can do is wait, and it sucks.

We've put as much heat on the laser cutter as possible. When I was told I was going to have it a couple of weeks ago we all started dancing, and now I stand here looking silly to you guys.

There are a few, but this is the only one that can properly translate our drawings into the cuts and breaks/bends without any issue. We want perfect fitment. They are popular.

I get the feeling this bumper is going to be the sweetest plate rear bumper for 3rd Gens on the market. I just hope it's priced right and somewhat lightweight.

The idea behind this design is to allow customers to upgrade as their budget allows. You can start with just a rear bumper ( caps) will cover the tire swing out sections. Then when your ready, you remove a couple of bolts and add tire swing out. This system will also allow you to keep the swing out in the garage when your just cruising town. This is especially slick for those with some nice wheels that fetch a pretty penny at the scrap yard.

thats one of the best ideas i have heard of so far, this really makes me strongly consider this one. before i was thinking of CBI, but i might have to rethink that...
