Like the title states. Unmounted. Unpainted ODL bumper. Full hoops. I never put this on my vehicle. Going in a different direction. Included are the turn signals I bought with it. Located in Burbank, CA. Prefer to do a local sale unless you can figure out shipping from 91601. Money talks so first one with cash or money in my paypal gets it. I can't sit on this bumper any longer. Keep in mind Outdoor Logic doesn't make these bumpers anymore.
