2" lift courtesy of Rancho. Yes Rancho, they're getting into the Toyota game and a buddy who works for them asked to use my 15 Trail as a test vehicle. Their shocks and UCAs, with stock springs give it 2" front and rear, keeping the factory rake. So far after 1500 miles the ride is nice, no more sloshy nose dive under breaking, yet the road manners still feel mostly stock. Smoothed out the speed bumps. Haven't done any real "off-roading" yet but making plans to soon.

I have the 3" OME Lift, and the Total Chaos UCAs, removed the front mudflaps, and I still get minor rubbing at full lock when I'm not on level ground. I have yet to do any trimming, which I know I need to do, just haven't done any yet. I also noticed that when I am reversing I get rubbing when I have the wheel turned about 50% in either direction...

Here's my 2015. Not a true lift but I did level the rake out a little bit and correct the Cali lean. 2" in the front with 2 driver side rear trim packers and one passenger side rear trim packer. It sits level side to side and has .5" of rake instead of the factory 2".

I'm new to this and I'm wondering do I need new shocks if I get a 2.5 leveling kit?

you'll either need new shocks to do the leveling (bilsteins) or you can use a spacer with your stock equipment

Finally!

Been wanting to do a lift on my 4runner for quite awhile. Decided to a leveling lift. Bilstien 5100's, OME Springs creating 2" on the front. Want to do more in the future but figured I would start here. Running stock size silent armors. Big thanks to brother in law for helping! Handling and overall ride changed for the better!

The springs are doing all the lift (old man emu 885), didn't use stock springs, so the bilsteins are set to 0. and no spacer in rear. The setup I am using is slightly used off a Taco.
