Have you had any issues with keeping the alignment set? Twice now I had had the alignment done and the steering wheel goes off center after going on some relatively easy trails.

I'm pretty happy with the current setup. Maybe this summer I'll add a roof rack and possibly SPC UCA's down the road as well. But for now, with the weight I drive around with, the current lift, wheels and tires will do.

With my amount of lift, alignment is pretty much the Achilles. I guess until I put on fully adjustable UCA’s like the SPC’s I’ll never have dead spot on alignment and it kind of gets on my nerves, considering these 4R’s cost a pretty penny stock. That’s the thing with these vehicles and the domino effect of mods. One modification leads to another and then another and the chain might never stop.

Sweet, I think it's time to place the order. How much of a pain was the install? Looks like the bolts drop down from the top so I assume some interior panels have to be removed?

I REALLY think this is what I’ll go with. Didn’t like the idea of a spacer lift, but those rear coils seem perfect and I like the look of the lift. How does it feel?
I assume you got an even 2.5” lift all around? I also assume no rear sag when you have the rear stuffed with things?

Front coils are stock OEM?

I’m also thinking of going with 275’s on the TRD wheels, I won’t need wheel spacers right?
I will be removing all mudflaps and the fender liner mod.

Yes, front coils are stock. You won't need spacers to run 275s, in most cases spacers actually make rubbing worse.

You may or may not need to even mod the fender liners as some people get away without it just fine with no rubbing.

Really appreciate this thread....thinking of putting a lift suspension on a new 4runner I'm buying this week.

Mine went on at 325 miles as always when I buy a new vehicle. You'll start with suspension, then control arms, bigger tires of course, new rims, I think I put $5,000 in aftermarket into it before it was a month old lol.

bigguy, no spacers. One of the reasons for the FN (not on yet) is to avoid spacers.
