Not sure who you're arguing with here, but it looks just as steep to me. But again, looking at a hill dead on instead of from the side angle doesn't give you the same perspective. Either way, it's just as steep as it looked on the original video and vehicles don't lift their front wheels off the ground for no reason. You're crazy if you think that's not a seriously steep hill.

BTW, I've seen several different videos of 4wd vehicles climbing this particular hill. I believe it's a popular 4wd spot somewhere in Africa. Some of the videos show vehicles that didn't make it and either slid back down or crashed. Search YouTube and I'm sure you'll find a bunch of them.
