how do i find out if it has already been done..if not can i still get it replaced? i bought it used in 2006

does anyone know of any other recalls

call or visit your dealer and they can run the VIN to find out if it's been serviced at any Toyota dealer.

Register your vin on the toyota owners website. You should be able to pull any dealer service history there.
