Also, looking at the location of the lower mounts and looking st my 4Runner today it doesn't seem it's going to bolt down there. How did you mount he bottom?

Bolted right up. Only modification is you need to cut the tubes a little

Nice work Connor. Any change in coolant temp? Would a Tacoma shroud have fit sans modification?

When I changed out my OEM radiator years ago to the Koyo that is in there presently I swear the cubic volume of coolant is less now than before the change. I swear that is why the 4runner runs two degrees warmer at times.

what is the smallest Radiator that fits above frame rails for an automatic?

I want to raise my radiator above the frame rails too. My 4runner is a 3.4L with an automatic

Careful.....a lot more heat with the auto. The smallest radiator may not work.

Yeah, I’ll keep the one I have and won’t do anything permanent for a little while.

Sure would be nice to get the bottoms of the radiator above the frame rails though.
