Remote start issue 2010 SR5-excessive crank time

I recently had a python 991 alarm/remote start put in my 2010 sr5 and sometimes now when I start the truck with the key, the engine turns overs for about 6 seconds before starting. It usually always starts with in 2 seconds of the engine turning over. The bypass module is the 556u. I do not always have this issue, it happens maybe 1 out of 8 times I start the car with the key. The installer was clueless and says the remote start would not be causing this issue. Does anyone have a similar setup with this issue? The valet key is in the 556u module.

I have the factory Remote Start, my valet key is no where near my truck, and reading this made me glad I chose OEM over Aftermarket.

after dealing with aftermarket remote start issues in previous cars, i will be my money that's it has to do with the aftermarket remote start. whether it's a bad product or install, it has to be the shop.
