Rocky Road Super Slider Install on Limited

I installed Rocky Road Super Sliders on my limited. These sliders are built for the limited and require no cutting of the rocker panel. Install time was about 2 hours since i wanted to be extra careful with the XREAS lines. It probably would have gone quicker with another set of hands. Below are some pictures that show the slider installed. There is enough room for someone to use this as a step as long as you do not have huge feet.

The biggest key for me with the install was completely unbolting the center XREAS unit. Without this unbolted the install would have been impossible. All the XREAS lines bent easily and I simply shaped them to go around the support pieces. All XREAS lines were routed over the top for extra protection. Most of the old XREAS clips need to be removed also since they interfered with mounting. The rest of the install is as simple as holding up the slider and bolting it on.

I did add spiral harness wrap in locations I was worried about rubbing and zipties. I plan on getting rid of the zip ties when I find a cleaner option.

Looks good! How bout a couple pics from distance so we can see how they look on the truck.

I have these for my SR5, got under the truck the other day, yikes! Most of the powder coating is gone from the arms, pure rust, along with the multiple other areas. I will post pics in a few days to show what a year in the NE environment will do to these (we did not even get any snow here this year either!). Looks like a summer project will be to remove and have them sand blasted and I will most likely prime and paint. Will see which method will hold up better. I might have them sprayed by my local guy that I use to do my truck beds, then I know I don't have to worry about it again!
