its pretty much a copy of the prinsu in just about every way.
you can drill or not drill just like the prinsu.
both companies would prefer the front to be drilled for maximum usage.
honestly, i would go with prinsu.. actually i did go with prinsu and i live about 30 minutes away from rpmfab.

I purchased my sliders from them. I initially got interested in them because I'm local and wanted to save shipping costs. Their work looks great, their customer service has been spot on so far, and I'm going to be ordering the roof rack in the next week as well. Emailed them about the "no-drill" option, and they responded quickly and told be to come down and check it out. I like the style, and do think it looks a lot like the Prinsu, which I'm cool with. I also like that it's aluminum, saving me some weight. I think the price is pretty competitive as well.
If they decide to make a slim style front bumper, I'll probably go that route too with them.

I think it was just hearing about an arizona4runners member have issues with her roof leak after rpmfab put the rack on turned me off. Figured I could do a better job than them and if I’m spending approx the same money, I’d rather give my money to the people that originated the rack. Not the ones that copied it

Any comparison to the Prinsu? I think I prefer the RPM aesthetically to the Prinsu, however minor the differences

Well, I hadn't heard anything specific to roof leaks re: RPM Fab, but sure have read a lot about leaks in general on any roof install, regardless of make. I just ordered their full length roof, specifically for the look, function and the fact that it comes with a "no-drill" option, which I want.
I also asked them about production of a slim line style bumper for the 4Runner, and was told they plan on it, but have too much in R&D and production on other parts to do that right now.
The owner answered the phone, and was extremely helpful and patient with my questions. I'm ok with the fact it looks like a Prinsu. Imitation is flattery, right?

They had a thread going on here, I asked them specific questions about theirs vs Prinsu and SSO, they ignored every single question I had while continuing to post in that thread **** those guys.

I responded to a facebook post of RPM Fab as I'm AZ local. He was asking everyone, "If quality and price are the same but one takes longer which one would you choose?". Literally the dumbest f***ing question ever. So I asked very respectfully for clarification... "Is one local? Does one have aftermarket support?" and so on.
This MF'er (The owner) let out primal "REEEEEEEEEEE!!", flamed the f*** out of myself, and several others asking the same questions.
They just copied a reputable companies rack and put their name on it. The rest of their bumpers look pretty generic and bland considering they are priced similar to much nicer competitors.

Yeah not long after I posted that I was hearing mumblings of them running dry in the funds department.
Funny I forgot about this post. I wrote almost the same exact thing in another post today almost 9 months apart. Now that's consistency.

Same here. I'm local and hadn't heard about them having issues. Happy with mine, fit and finish were great, looks awesome.
