Running Board Bolt Dimensions

Hello all:

I just picked up a used pair of running boards that need some mounting bolts.

I think I need 12 of bolt #3 from this chart but maybe not. Can I just grab some bolts at Ace Hardware or do I need OEM bolts? Does anyone know the dimensions?
