See no results from Seafoam

Hey guys I added an entire can of Seafoam to a half a tank of gas 2 or 3 days ago and I haven't seen anything from it. Nothing good or bad. Any ideas?

These engines are not carbon monsters. You won't see much of anything other than potentially a small increase in mileage.

It's a good thing to do to preserve the life of the injectors though.

Yes as stated, what if any issues existed? It does not add performance, only helps keep fuel clean of water, copes with ethanol, keeps fuel system clean/injectors. If your truck is running fine it'll be the same after. Read instructions completely, works in oil too.

4oz of acetone will absorb any extra water from ethanol and keep injectors clean and is cheaper.

I would avoid fuel additives with harsh cleaners as they will likely shorten the life of or even foul your sparkplugs. That being said, I'd maybe do that if my plugs were about to changed out.

Just go to youtube and look up how to properly clean your injectors, isn't that bad.

The way I did mine was through the pcv valve vacuum line and only 1/3 of the can. I plan on doing it again soon.
