Show me your offsets!

Tried search, was overwhelmed with random info.

So the stock setup drives me nuts, when viewed from the back stance can only be compared to a "muffintop". This must change. My '10 4R trail was rigged with fuel boost 18's with a -12 offset. Has the stock offset changed with the. 15 models? Considering a set of Hostile Havoc wheels that have -5 offset, but can't be sure on the backspacing since I haven't found it on any sites yet.

So for those of you running 18's, can you post pics/specs?

Offsets haven't changed from '10 to '15. If you know the offset and the rim width, then you can calculate the backspacing (google). Offset is good for quick calculating position of the outboard rim/tire/wheel (important for fenders/wheel wells). Backspacing is good for quick calculating position of the inboard rim/tire/wheel (important for suspension components).

For some reason when I try to post pics they come in upside down. But I'm running a 18x9 fuel lethal wheel with a +1 offset and the spidertrax spacers and I love the way she sits. Also the tire size I have is 305/60

You will need to state the wheel width to know what the track will look like. In general, more - offset = more track width. 18 vs 17 makes no difference on track width.

These are the specs of my Countersteers from FN Wheels:
Diameter: 17"
Width: 8"
Bolt pattern (PCD): 6x139.7mm
Offset: -10mm
Backspacing: 4.1"

I'm cheating a bit with my long travel set up which increases the track width 4".

Diameter is 20" but you might still be interested in the width and offset.

Wheels are 360 forged 20x9" with negative 25 offset.

Whats up nguyenn. What size tires are you running? I have 285's and the same rims and wanted to run spacers but I'm worried about tires rubbing. Did you have to trim a lot? Sweet runner by the way.

Thanks. That's a nice 6 spoke wheel. Our trucks can run very negative offset wheels which allow for huge lips and/or concave faces, (I elected for both on my custom set). I would be careful with any zero or positive offset wheels in over 8.5" widths... if you decide to lift the truck, the stance will shrink an inch and your wheels will sit inside the fender. Then you will need to run spacers to get them to sit flush. Spacers on stock rims? No biggie. Spacers on a custom set... Just doesn't sound right does it? My suggestion is to do it right the first time around.

Obviously the other factor to keep in mind is the overall height. 275/55/20 on my truck is 31.9" tall. Following alignment, tires rubbed front fender liner at full clock. Problem solved by cutting a small 3"x3" piece out of the fender liner. No rub on body mount.

im running 285 too. I had to trim the bumper to stop the rubbing. ;-)

This is 20 x 9.5 with a +10 offset. I didn't want anything past the fender so it sits about 3/4 wider than stock set up.
