You might be surprised. It only weighs around 75 pounds, and other than the 8' length the box dimensions aren't bad at all because it all bolts together at your place.

Looking through all the pictures, seems like ladders will interfere with the last angled cross bar unless it’s removed or maybe using the 2x1 bar. Hoping the new C4 ladder works with this, regardless I don’t think it’s that big of a deal

We grabbed it at the hardware store. Just snapped a photo for reference. It's 7/8" long stainless steel carriage bolt w/ washer and nylock nut. I don't know specifics about thread count and diameter.

Those are 1/4" x 20 threads.

I used Rhino Rack mounts on mine. I think I paid $55 per pair, and since the ARB 2500 recommends 3 mounts I just used 2 pair. I mounted them with the long legs down to get the awning a little lower.

And I recommend you loosely mount whatever you use to the awning first and then mount it to the crossbar. On my setup it was pretty tight getting the bottom bolts started on the lower positions so I had to take it all off and go that route. Once I had everything lined up nice I tightened the upper bolts to the awning with it on the 4R, then removed it to tighten the lower ones. Then I had the wife just hold it in place until I got 1 crossbar screw started at each end. That held it well enough I could finish without her help. And yes, I'm using 80/20 hardware.

Thems the ones, but no hardware is included. The awning will have its own hardware. And slikens hardware choice is actually less expensive than mine, but I bought a pack each of these because I knew I would be adding tie downs also. You would need to remove the crossbar screws from one end, raise it a little, and slide these into the slot you will use. I actually have several floating in the slots on a few crossbars with the screws just loosely threaded in them, for when I decide to move stuff around.

I'll be ordering some soon to replace my current method of attachment. I like the look of the RhinoRack ones much better.

I used the ARB bracket as well. Replaced the hardware with some 1" Tee bolts and nylon lock-nuts.

I just had to post and say I hope all you Americans realize how good you have it in terms of getting pretty much anything under the sun cheap as dirt and free to your door... Enjoy it because it's the kind of thing people tend to take for granted...

I actually really want/need a pair of these now, the vendor mentioned for $45 does not ship outside the U.S., and I priced the next available pair that aren't from Australia (US$60) that after all fees to my door, CA$98.14 with picksoon discount. From RR Canada? CA$102 + 12% tax.

Correct, 47” length. Call them and say you want the same as for Prinsu rack but 1030. They will know all the other options.
I went with 1020 as all was set (though SSO sent me few additional 1030 too)

Yeah, you still mount the tent on the crossbars, you just pull the crossbars off the rack to do it. Otherwise your gonna need some real tiny hands to tighten those nuts on the bottom of the crossbars.

You’re on the right track but not quite there. If you mount the tent to the cross bars first and then installe you will never get it all lined up and square. With the rack fully assembled get the tent mounted to the rack. Once you install it once, leave the tent bolted to the crossbars forever and remove the crossbars from the rack to so they go in and out with the tent. The initial
Install you want to do it everything assembled.
