Strange sticker on door jamb

When I worked at Lexus, we did a Campaign (they weren't calling everything recalls yet) on the 2010 RX350/450h for these stickers. Sometimes they just get the load rating wrong and have to correct it by applying those super official looking stickers telling you the load capacity has changed.
MODS/ [MENTION=66316]1engineer[/MENTION] Maybe we sticky a thread about this? This is the second or third time I've seen the question since December. Maybe we could find the documentation about the Campaign/Recall and post it for all to see...just a thought since more and more new members/new 5th gen owners will likely continue asking the same question. At least if its stickied we can harass them for not searching...
