Swapping SR5 rack with Trail rack

I've had TE roof rack to install on my SR5 for almost a year. I've just not gotten around to installing it. I've done a fair amount of searching but I want to be sure I do this properly. As far as I can tell, the two racks use the same hardware. So, I should be able to simply remove the SR5 rack and install the TE rack in its place with the same bolts. I do know that I'll need to apply new silicon around the bolt holes to ensure water tightness.

So, what I am missing or forgetting?

Sounds like you're on the right track. When I removed my OEM rack it seemed as though the factory had only added sealant to the bolts and relied on the rubber gasket to keep water out. You may want to seal it up a little better than the factory did just to be safe.
