Sway A Way CO's are loose at full droop

Good evening,

I have a 2002 4runner auto 4WD and installed a set of SAW 2.5" CO's last year about this time IIRC. The other day while rotating the tires I noticed an audible jiggle, when I checked it out the entire CO assembly floats a bit on the lower mount (LCA). The spacers included with the CO's were a (2) thin an (2) thick. I'm using an extended bolt though same dia. and contact surface as the stock length bolt.

Does anyone experience anything like this with any coils over that uses a lower heim joint?
