Timing belt - plus?

I sent several requests to some Toyota parts places asking what else I should be changing when I do the timing belts on both of my 4Runners...Here's what they say and their prices....wondering what you guys think?

1- t/belt 13568-69095 $ 36.68ea
1- t/belt tensioner pulley 13505-62070 $85.55ea
1- t/belt idler pulley 13503-62040 $ 63.79ea
2- Cam seals 90311-38051 $ 7.15ea
1- crank seal 90311-40022 $ 5.15ea
1- water pump 16100-69398-83 $ 94.00ea
1- thermostat 90916-03075 $ 12.15ea
1 -thermostat gasket 16325-62010 $ 3.68ea
1- a/c belt 99364-20870-78 $ 17.90ea
1- alt belt 90080-91090-83 $ 6.86ea
1- pw. st. belt 99364-21070-83 $ 5.98ea

I just had my water pump and timing belt changed. The dealership here really screwed me as far as charging for parts and labor. They charged me 139.00 for the water pump and 55.00 for the timing belt. These prices don't include labor. The tota bill was 442.00. I guess if your getting a good deal on all that I would say go for it. I don't know if replacing seals and such is really warranted, but maybe someone else can share their .02.

That doesnt sound like that bad of a price, dealer labor charges are way up there now, I know above 70 an hr, not sure exactly cause I do all my own work, but with parts and labor, I think thats like a 3 hour job, so when you add it all up, thats probably not that bad. Just my 2 cents

Agreed. Reasonable for the work to be performed.
