Tire Decisions, Worth it to go Taller/Heavier?

What tire did you choose?

The Nitto Ridge Grappler, of course. Rims where new from Ebay at a huge saving from retail. Tires came from Amazon. I ended up with 5 tires and rims for less than what Discount Tire wanted for 4. That's including me paying my local shop to mount and balance them and including the 5% I'll get back on my Amazon card. I'm broke but happy. lol

My quest for tires is finally over. I ended up going the opposite of skinny. 295/70r17 is what I ended up with. Part of the reason is I got a screaming deal on rims. They where 17x9 though. So now I wait for my tires to get here and mount them up. The whole time hoping like hell that my research is correct and the rims and tires clear my UCA. lol

NICE! You got the biggins! Congratulations. Deals have an attractiveness that's hard to deny. I have heard good things about those Nittos too. I look forward to seeing those on that rig of yours. :snacker:
