TPMS help needed please

Thanks to anyone for trying to help with my issue. I'll try to make this short...and yes I know I'm pole vaulting over mouse turds here and this is not a legit build up question.

I have a 2013 limited.

Bought a second set of 2014 or so trail 17" rims so I have two sets...one for winter/trail with all-terrains to make it around Upper Michigan and one for summer travel with highway tires to get out of this area with the kids.

The set of rims I bought do not have TPMS.

I bought a set of brand new sensors off ebay at a reasonable price that came back under a search for PMV-107J, which through my research on here was a part number I could use.

When they arrived they are part number 42607-0C030. I understand now (yes I'm an idiot) I actually need 42607-060. The sensors I bought are for the Sienna, Tundra, and Sequoia.

Is there any chance anyone on here knows if they will work with the 4Runner?

Here's what I know...

-Yes I don't need TPMS in spare wheels, but I have issues
-I will need to buy a tool to reset them or take them to the dealer when I swap rims
-The dealership in my area is little help with questions like this
-I am a dumbass for buying the wrong sensors

Thanks for your time. Cheers.

I believe your sensor from eBay (New Toyota Lexus Tire Pressure Monitor Sensor TPMS 42607 0C030 | eBay) will NOT work. I would just return them and get the cloneable set from the Discount Tire as they will clone the TPMS sensors ($40 per sensor or $160 for set). If you cloned TPMS sensors then you don't have to worry about programming between winter and summer wheel sets.

Thanks for the replays. You're right tinman, I looked the info the dealership gave me and 42607-33021 is the part number they gave me. Looks like I'll be working on sending these back.

I don't have a discount tire nearby, but I'll look into the cloning. May be the way to go.

Thanks again

Have an '06 4runner and recently had the TPMS blinker start flashing....I had this be before and found a utube reset that had me turn key on and do something...but can't seem to find it...does anyone know how to do the reset with an '06 4 runner without the reset button???
And, yes all tires (including spare are checked and good) Makes me frustrated that the utube post with the reset has been removed!
