Transmission or power steering leak?

I suspected a leak from my power steering fluid as the steering is becoming hard and really hard sometime that I need to force to do some turn.
I placed an bunch of white paper under the rack and pinion from the left to right wheels

Here is the leak! its coming near the center but on the left side.

Transmission is usually red fluid. This looms like oil, but check your power steering fluid, see what the dip stick says. !
