Upper Control Arms - Brands

I am just about ready to pull the trigger on some Built Right uca, has anyone got some experience with them? Thanks in advance.

I see no mention of Dobinsons A arms. Anybody have experienced with ? Looks like they are using OEM bushing and ball joint, which could be an indication as been quiet.
Thank you.

I recently changed my mind from the JBA HD UCAs to the Dobinson's for the simple fact that I'm running their springs front and back and they have 3* of caster built in to them. It makes for an easier alignment process and they look pretty stout in design.

Look at the newer SPC's....zerk, adjustable with a strong ball Joint and +2 built in for about $400

I have the SPC and I love the way you can adjust the camber and caster. Yes you can grease the ball joint but I also have to grease the bushing every three months or every oil change . Pain to lift truck, remove front wheels, remove the battery, remove the long bolt so I can grease the bushings.
Is ok in summer but not at 10 degree as is now outside.
Dobinsons would be a great combination

Do you mind sharing ?? are they quiet, free maintenance ??
Thank you

A little late, but I just had them installed on my '16 last week.

I had Toytech 3" Ultimate w/5100's and stock UCA's. Hated the way it drove.

Had the ICONs installed, night and day difference in handling.

I have the ICON dust covers on the way too.

Ball-Joint UCA's are definitely still very popular and although we do not
sell JBA Upper Control Arms, one our our Team Members has them and
is very happy with them.

SPC has been a hot mover for us over the years, but Dirt King is coming
on strong as well.

I got my Delta Joint UCA in last week with the other ICON suspension parts from TAPLV. It looks really robust and the finish is really durable. What I can't figure out is, is that a zirk fitting on top of the ball housing? I'm used to seeing a rounded nipple that fits the grease gun. The info and instructions say the ball joint is serviceable and needs to be greased on installation. But how or what fits that piece?

I also got my 5 ICON Rebound Rims today. I'll get the Falken Wildpeak AT3/W installed on Monday and be ready to install the lift next weekend.

Thanks to TAPLV for a great buying experience and a good price as well.

How's the alignment after? I have Camburgs and they can't quite get my caster where it needs to be (2.5ish instead of 4+)

I had these put on yesterday, they seem to be pretty good. I can hardly wait to get down to the mall.

Has anyone had issues with the ball joints on the JBA arms coming loose? They use a nylock but it's pretty useless considering the bolt is so short. Nylocks require 2 threads minimum protruding past the nylon section to work the way they should. This is one of my only concerns with the JBA arms. It's a real tough decision for me between the Dirt King arms and the JBA arms.

I was also looking at the Dobinsons, how do they compare to those dirt king or icons posted above?

The +3 caster on Dobinsons is what stood out to me but I'm not sure if other ucas are built the same?
